Founder
Esi Ribeiro
Esi is a dynamic and results-driven senior leader with over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, spanning executive management, sustainability, operations and engineering, compliance, and government relations at the national, regional, and local levels.
Beginning her career as a trained process engineer with ExxonMobil in the UK, she quickly transitioned into leadership positions, where she developed a strong focus on sustainability strategy and business performance enhancement. Her career includes significant contributions at Tullow Oil and Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems, where she gained extensive experience in board-level decision-making, performance monitoring, and governance.
